Now the tricky part. What should I spend it on?
Should I get a book about decluttering, or organizing, and read it and attempt to follow the advice from it, and review it here on Clutter Cubed? Perhaps I could get a non-book product to try and review?

I’ll post about your book after I read it! 
I really like Getting Things Done by David Allen. The focus is not on decluttering per se, but rather on organizing your work and life.
I’ve tried a few times to implement the system, and I am making gradual progress toward it, but I am really, really far behind to start. 
@ ChaplainAndrews - I don’t really read comic books (I tend to actually like the cartoon versions better than the comic versions of characters), but how do you currently organize yours? Perhaps I could write a post about comic book organization!
