According to the National Association of Professional Organizers, January is Get Organized Month!

Most of us make new years resolutions, and NAPO says that “Getting organized is one of the top 5 New Year’s resolutions people make”. I believe it!

For the fourth year running, NAPO joins forces with several clutter-busting corporate sponsors to promote the benefits of getting organized (and to promote hiring professional organizers to help you do so). In my previous post about professional organizers, I said I had hired a professional organizer before, and I would definitely do it again if I had the chance! It was a good experience, and for me it was very helpful.
If you work better with direct guidance, it could be well worth it to you to try out the services of a professional organizer! It could help you get off on the right organizational foot in 2008!

I would love to get organized this year. I’ve been trying for a couple of years now. I think the trick may be to work on small sections at a time.

Yes, trying to do large sections at once can get quite frustrating, which often discourages some people from continuing!

Take pride in organizing smaller sections, and it’s often easier to do!
